HEALTHY EATING, PREVENTION OF OBESITY AND PROTEIN ENERGY MALNUTRITION INFECTION DURING COVID 19 PANDEMIC
Abstract
Eating well is vital as it helps us maintain good health. Eating healthy foods helps us to maintain a good
healthy weight and decrease our risk of chronic diseases. During the COVID-19 pandemic, consumption of
highly nutritious food remains paramount to good health. While there are no specific foods that can protect us
from coronavirus infection, a balanced and nutritious diet can help you get-rid of its symptoms. This paper
provides an insight into how best we can build our immune system through healthy eating of foods rich in
nutrients and taking dietary supplements. It also gives food preservation method appropriate for food storage
during Covid-19 pandemic.
